About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Wilmington, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions in EPIC
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- EPIC experience preferred
- Travel experience preferred
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using EPIC software
