About the role
Arizona Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) position located in Maricopa. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and guiding functional recovery within a community setting. The position begins on August 17, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 13 weeks, or longer if desired.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment (longer if desired)
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Ensure documentation compliance
- Participate in student development programs
- Adhere to all regulatory, organizational, and safety standards
- Engage in professional growth and quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational values
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Valid and active Arizona state license
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of prior assignments with the agency or organization
- Experience with outpatient orthopedics

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
