Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Springfield, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay
- $2,365.47 – $2,438.63 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation; tax-free stipend amount to be determined)
