About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active NM Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current registration with the New Mexico Physical Therapy Board.
Skills
- Skilled in assessment and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,397.50
Schedule
35 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
