Travel Physical Therapist - $2,379 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Ada, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy practice.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid Oklahoma license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
