About the role
This is a contract position for a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF / LTC. The role requires 5x8 day shifts and 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities

- Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
Qualifications
- License or in the immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of NH.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
