Travel Physical Therapist - $2,372 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Red Bud, Illinois. The role involves evaluating, developing, and executing care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. Shifts are 8 hours, days, totaling 40 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of September 21, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within facility guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state PT board rules and regulations
• Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to coordinate care
• Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Modify care plans based on patient condition
• Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Current BLS certification
• State-specific PT licensing
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment
