Travel Physical Therapist - $2,370 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Mendham Township, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• At least one year of experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
