Travel Physical Therapist - $2,369 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long.
