Responsibilities

• Completing required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Providing rehabilitation services and support to patients.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Adhering to the standards of practice and policies set forth by the organization.

Requirements

• Active State License
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP

Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift, 8 hours
• Commitment: 13–26 weeks
• Hours per week: 40
