About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Robinson, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Home Health Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- At least one year of clinical experience in Home Health
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Knowledge of home health care practices
- Proficiency in using medical equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
