Job Description
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the direction of a physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using Cerner and Nethealth systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Arizona.
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience working in an acute care setting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
