PT needed in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Salem, Oregon. The transitional care facility offers 4,000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor therapy space and has 80 beds. Assignment starts by Halloween (October) and lasts 13 weeks.
Requirements
- 1 year of physical therapy experience
- BLS certification
- Oregon state PT license or compact eligibility
Pay
- Weekly gross: $2,357.00
- Hourly taxable rate: $27.25
- Weekly stipend: $1,267.00
- Travel allowance: $500
Schedule
