Travel Physical Therapist - $2,356 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Gulfport, Mississippi. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Mississippi.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 5x8 days, 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM.
