Job Summary

The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care for adults and adolescents. Responsibilities include case management and conducting gross motor assessments while delivering treatment for a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist licensure
• Outpatient PT experience
• 1+ years of experience
• Experience working with adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (NextGen)

• Treatment areas may include Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post-operative back pain, calf strain, disc herniation, fractures/stress fractures, generalized low back pain, headache, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff non-surgical intervention, SI joint dysfunction, rotator cuff repair post-operative care, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacement.
• Typical workload is 50-55 visits/week.
• Dress code is business casual.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
