Travel Physical Therapist - $2,353 per week
About the role
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy interventions across diverse patient populations within acute hospital settings. This role requires floating between a Level I Trauma 600+ bed hospital and a Level III 200+ bed hospital.
Responsibilities
- Congduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Recent acute hospital experience is required.
- Lifesupport certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
- No hits on state license to practice.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Requires a current active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Schedule Shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a requirement for weekend availability.
