Travel Physical Therapist position in Denison, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established plan of care.
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
- Adapt treatment plans as needed based on patient response and clinical judgment.
Requirements
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa.
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
