Travel Physical Therapist - $2,350 per week

About the Role

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Charleston, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in a Skilled Nursing/LTC setting
• Possible acute care responsibilities
• May cover different areas of the hospital
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required; no holiday shifts required

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Active West Virginia PT license, temporary WV PT license, or PT Compact license
• Skilled Nursing / Acute Care experience preferred
• MEDITECH charting experience

Pay

• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,350
