About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Limon, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time PT Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
- Passing scores from the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $46.04 - $54.41 per hour.
- Pay package includes a tax-free stipend.

Schedule
