LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Sidney, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Montana
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current physical therapy license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
7 hours per day shift.
