Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Tarboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred.

Pay
