About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week position starting on August 17, 2026, in Wethersfield, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health Physical Therapy experience.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) License (required before start).
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) must be clear.
- Must complete Fingerprinting (Fingerprinting and Consent Forms required within 2 business days of offer acceptance).
