About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in North Carolina
- Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
