Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience
- Active or pending state license as an Physical Therapy - PT
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
