Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position in Pendleton, Oregon. Start date: 08/10/2026, duration: 12 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Caseload: 12 patients per day, 36 GTE. Facility has 59 beds with fluctuating acuity. Located 3 hours from Boise and Portland.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
