The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Burlington, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
