We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility team on a travel contract.

Schedule

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
• Employment type: Travel

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving functional mobility
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques
• Provide therapeutic stimulation or massage
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification
