Travel Physical Therapist - $2,335 per week

Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in the outpatient setting in Conway, New Hampshire. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, ensuring functional recovery, providing patient education, documenting clinical notes, and participating in professional development and student education programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement them.
• Document clinical notes accurately and timely.
• Provide patient education to promote safe and effective care.
• Participate in student education programs.
• Adhere to state practice acts and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• CPR certification.
• Active applicable license for the state of New Hampshire.
• 0 years of experience required.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week. Assignment duration: 13 weeks starting 09/28/2026.

Pay

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Competitive salaries are offered.
