Travel Physical Therapist - $2,334 per week

About the role

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The position is full‑time travel, 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts. The right candidate should have 1 year of experience; exceptional candidates with an appropriate background may be considered with 6 months of experience. As a PT, you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines
• Understand and comply with the respective PT board’s rules and regulations and state requirements
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient’s condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply); 1 year preferred
• Current BLS certification
• State‑specific Physical Therapist license
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Schedule

13‑week duration; 40 hours per week; 8‑hour day shifts; travel employment type.

Pay

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
