Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 26, 2026, in Charleston, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent Allied Health experience in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure to practice in West Virginia
- Pass required background check
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
