We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy focused on restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate based on their specific needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate with families regarding patient care.
• Maintain adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, along with solid clinical expertise.
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and patient requirements.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
