About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in line with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with best practices.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, 13-week duration, ASAP start.
