About the role
OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Rensselaer, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana or a compact state.
- BLS certification through AHA.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
