Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active license in the state where work will be performed
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience

• Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
