Travel Physical Therapist position in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Start date: ASAP.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients based on individual needs.
• Develop and routinely update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families.
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Possession of an active state physical therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
