About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 18-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Dallastown, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in SNF setting preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
