Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
