LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Hilo, Hawaii. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Hawaii
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
