Travel Physical Therapist - $2,309 per week
About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Millsboro, Delaware. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and includes benefits such as holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (therapy), or exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
- Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Pay and Schedule
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
