Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Deer Lodge, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
