About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Fairmont, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, days
