Travel Physical Therapist - $2,299 per week

About the role

Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The start date is ASAP and the shift is 8 hours, days from 06:00:00 to 14:00:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience
• Active or pending state license as an Physical Therapy - PT
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker

Qualifications

Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening.
