Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure care is delivered per physician orders.

Schedule
- Days
- 8 hours shift
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- CPR Certification
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Current licensure in good standing
- Adherence to the State Practice Act and other regulatory agencies
- Able to provide care under signed, valid physician orders
- Compliance with organizational and professional standards
