Travel Physical Therapist - $2,286 per week
About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current PTA license in good standing.
- New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome.
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PT program.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN.
- Experience in acute care settings is beneficial but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
