About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Paducah, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Kentucky.
- Experience in home health settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
