About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Kula, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services at Maui Memorial Medical Center, including 40 hours per week for 8 hours per shift.
- Occasional requirement to travel to Kihei location for patient screens or follow-up care for long-term care patients.
- Work shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one weekend day assigned.
Requirements
- Hawaii PT License in hand (no pending).
- BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in Hawaii.
- Current BLS certification required.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
