Travel Physical Therapist - $2,280 per week

About the Role

Travel Physical Therapist position in Greenbelt, Maryland. This is a home health role requiring Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience. Locals within 60 miles are accepted. The assignment covers Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Charles County, and St Mary’s County, with contractors assigned to specific zip codes based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting.
• Complete OASIS assessments using Homecare Homebase.
• Use personal vehicle to travel to patient homes within assigned zip codes; may be asked to cover additional zip codes based on staffing needs.
• Float to another zip code within the coverage area as needed.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including OASIS experience.
• Completion of at least one travel assignment.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid licensure and insurance.
• Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required.

Schedule

• 13-week contract starting 09/14/2026.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (08:00–17:00).
• No call or weekend requirements.
