About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Anderson, South Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,244.16 - $2,313.57 per week
