About the role
Bluebird Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to older adults
- Complete evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, safety, and independence
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A dependable, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Experience working with older adults is preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
This is a full-time travel contract assignment lasting 13 weeks.
