Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Oklahoma.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACLS certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.

• Proficient in computer systems used in healthcare settings.

Pay

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a start date of June 22, 2026.
